superbowls.

i'm really in love with these bowls from crate & barrel. they are so handy for: chili, olives, cereal, sesame sticks, roasted/salted almonds (hey, don't eat these though), m&ms and so on and so forth. i like to use them when we transport a dish. just throw some plastic wrap over it(my current favorite is zipsafe. it's nearly impermeable — no onion smell in the fridge for us, oh no — comes with a nifty cutter and is available at your local trader joe's), top it with the cute lid and we're off (in style!). plus, it's a relief for the hosts — they don't have to scramble around for a serving piece. we received two of them as a gift for christmas and must get more. at $4.95 each, how can you go wrong?
