bad hair day.

observations from an outing at nordstrom rack*:
- don't buy hairbrushes there. ever. the lady in front of me unwrapped one, tried it out and (thankfully) bought it. only i think she bought it because my better half came up and said, "that's one way to buy a brush."
- waiting in line for 15 minutes is overrated. the purchase wasn't that thrilling.
- people don't know an empty spot on the rack from a trash can. in fact, they can't see aforementioned trash can right in front of their nose. they choose to put it on the rack or hey! in the empty box on the table right next to the line.
- since when did nordie's sell neutrogena, biolage and biotherm? i scream false pop enticements!
- after we got through the 15-minute line, finished with the slooooooow cashier and were ready to go we noticed that the heaviest downpour of the day had just begun. thankfully, it wasn't that bad. maybe it was all those $9.97 tops.
*that's the outlet store of a fancy store.

I have seen way too many creepy and gross things since having moved to the city, the hairbrush story does not surprise me! Ugh! The one that kills me are all the people that clip their nails on the train.
