it's all about me vi.

10 years ago.
i was on the road to the worst heartbreak i've ever had. i also decided not to be a journalist and instead to chase the almighty dollah. wow. that worked out.

five years ago.
i was livin' it up dot com style. that worked out, too.

one year ago.
in the doldrums. trying to find direction. would never have guessed what was about to happen.

yesterday.
fought with my dad about going to his pulmonologist appointment. in tears by 8:30 a.m. my friend had me drunk by 4:00 p.m.

today.
recovered from my hangover. ran errands. had a tummy ache.

tomorrow.
taking my friends to the airport.

five snacks i enjoy.
bing cherries and walnuts. chickpeas and lemon with s+p. avocadoes. cherry tomatoes. chips and salsa.

five bands whose songs i know most of the lyrics to.
black eyed peas. prince. duran duran (don't laugh). that's it.

five  things i would do with $100m.
just five? buy some land here or not. adopt a horse or two or 20. found some foundation. travel. give.

hawai'i. costa rica. new zealand. the uk. africa.

procrastination. being hypercritical. perfectionism. envy. sloth.

i like to say never say never, but here's a start: those tapered jeans seem to be making a comeback. and especially if they have zippers down there, they're not approaching my body. golf attire. fur. someone else's wedding ring (i'm superstitious like that). gas station sunglasses.

i'm not that into tv lately. i do like storm stories though. (nerd alert.)

napoleon dynamite. sixteen candles. overboard. that's all i can think of.

i don't have a desire to meet famous people.
