things i can't get out of my head.
i've been putting our newly-acquired dvr to good use. i'm certain i've lost half my brain cells already and i can't get these things out of my head:
- the cookie party song from "the sarah silverman program."
- what's going on with paula abdul on "american idol."
- why "top design" is so boring.
- wow. hdtv really does bring out the wrinkles.
- "today" has the most commercials i have ever experienced. thank you, fast-forward button. thank you.

One thing that makes Top Design so boring might be Todd Oldam's voice. He always sounds like he's reading a bedtime story. Love the guy, though.
Oh and that first challenge? I'm sorry but I can't relate to a $50,000 budget to be spent on one room at a design shopping mecca. Project runway is so fun because they have usually no more than $200 and often have to make beauty from everyday materials.

i am glad i'm not the only person who is stuck on that Cookie Party mess. haha. i am so anxious to make my own shirt of it!! now, if only i could find the actual program, i'd be set. hehe.
