including my beloved tomato knife (which i basically use for everything).

loved the local vendor who did it. appreciative. a true craftsman. friendly. reasonable.

gabbing with him, i stated (with great authority, mind you) that sharper knives are safer knives.

used said knife last night.

to slice my finger nearly in two.
